Crota Posted July 5, 2021 Posted July 5, 2021 I just got back in to using SSE instead of oldrim and can't get FNIS to build animations properly. I have never had any problems with it in oldrim so it surprises me now that I am having troubles. Firstly it seems like it crashes or something when I "update FNIS behavior" the application seems to stay on desktop but it disappears in the taskbar, which I don't recall happening for Oldrim. I get 2 warnings when the animations are finished building and I create a new mod from the overwrites, like you normally would using mod organizer. I check the new mod "FNIS" to make sure its active in game, but upon loading it there are no working animations in game. My character is stuck in the classic T-pose. Not really sure what to do to fix this besides maybe fresh installing everything.
judge007 Posted July 5, 2021 Posted July 5, 2021 Two things: 1. Put a checkmark in "HKX File Compatibility Check . . " 2. It's reporting 2 warnings, would be helpful to know what they were Also it would be even more helpful to see the complete FNIS log Unless you're only expecting help from the psychics here . . .

So would all files with ">>Warning: \character\animations\MoreNastyCritters\WerewolfR2_A1_S1.hkx not Skyrim SE compatible<<" be causing the animations to not play at all?
Just Don't Posted July 5, 2021 Posted July 5, 2021 Yes. Having a warning to tell you something is not compatible is not flavor text. It's a warning telling you something shouldn't be there. Remove that mod, get a version compatible with SE and try again.
