The Tentacus version has no male dialogue.

 

 

For the dialogues I recommend Esp-ESM Translator. It is super easy to use. It puts the original dialogue on the left and on the right you put your correction.

A couple of extra recommendations.

-In addition to Nuka World, you must have Contraptions DLC

-The game must be updated to the latest version.

-I recommend Vortex or MO2.

-I recommend making a new profile in Vortex or MO2 with few mod, just the basic, and starting a new game (having a vanilla game with the player just out of the vault is a good idea).  Because there is probably a mod that is interfering. When I uploaded the first versions of Nuka Ride, one of those mods was Sim Settlements 2, but there could be more.

 

This is a vanilla save that I always use to test or start games with mods. It's Nora fresh out of the Vault. (Requires all DLC, though)

Not sure if this is relevant but when i went to Shank the first time, he started talking to me when got close to him rather than when i clicked on him. Then the dialogue window appeared by itself without me clicking on him at all. I wonder if issues are happening for people because they are running up and clicking him before he starts his dialogue?

There you go for cbbe TWB should work on normal cbbe.
Unzip on Fallout 4\Data\Tools\BodySlide\ShapeData open bodyslide and build to your preset
