I seem to be stuck on the quest to retrieve the motorcycle, when i speak to the mayor, he keeps saying he's a busy man, no quest dialog, any advise to get past this?

Are you wearing the audition outfit or the "corcair outfit" + "jeans"?

I just checked the scripts and they are all in order. Please type "sqv NukaRide_ToCommonwealth" in console. The Stage must be 100 (whether you danced or played with the dog).

Do you have a lot of scripted mods? It can (can't be sure) that there is a delay in the scripts. The moment you agree to dance or be with the dog, the mod goes to Stage 100. Shank only greets you if your stage is at 100.

Thanks for replying, but "sqv NukaRide_ToCommonwealth" shows: item "NukaRide_ToCommonwealth" not found for parameter Quest.....

Does AAF work properly?

Did you test it - independant of this mod?

Here is THE guide:

I installed AAF last version and several anim packages like savagecabbage or leito.

I played Barbarous a time ago, and I got heterosexual anims, but no lesbian until a modification... and now, just none works.

I picked up one thing that's important to mention although there isn't much that can be done about it, I downloaded this mod pretty deep into a playthrough after the "In sheep's clothing" quest which has an affect on Danny's character by either being dead or having new dialogue for saving his life. This caused it so The Motorcycle quest cant start.

That was not the question...

The question was, is and will be:

  1. Did you install the mods according to the guide?
  2. With the versions demanded in the quide?
  3. And did AAF work 'outside' of 'this' mod?

Only if the anims work outside of the mod, then you can 'blame' this mod.

I installed everything according to the guide - and it is not always the newest mod-version! (though, there is a link named v4, while the file is named 3.5.. thats just a naming issue - it is v4!

You'll have ALOT of hetro and lesbian scenes available and working by following the guide to the letter. (1-27)

Hope this helps and good luck

Righto!

I think I have just completed the events in the mod, and I have to say: Well done!

There were some small issues I encountered, such as grammar, and tense mistakes (but then again, I am not an English professor :P ). The "Jewelry"  is still unremovable...

But aside from that, everything seemed to work well!

I liked the comments that the raiders made as I walked about the park :P

Now, all we need is a Nuka World Brothel to go with the Porn Studio :D

In fact, I don't think it's related to the mod... i got heretrosexual anims in barbaros, but not with your mod... except if you written a script wich call a specific anim, the more serious hypothesis blame my install

Loaded up my save today in the commonwealth after finishing all the nukaride quests. And noticed that unless you wear nukaride clothing, no NPC will converse in any way except telling you that you look like a girl they know... etc with the exception of vendors in diamond city. I also use the mod player comments and headtracking, resulting in my toon also saying the same line to followers, npc's, wild animals and mutants, and in the case of settlers from tales from the commonwealth both player and npc lock eachother in a battle for who gets to spout the line the most. But like I said as soon as the nukaride clothes are on everything works like normal, but they kind of suck as combatgear.

I'm not the author... just some random dude ;)

But I'm getting tired to argue, so let me put it another way around..

As it works for everyone.. but not for you..

Whose fault is it?

You installed AAF and some animations.. and expect it to work (some parts might)... the guide is there for a reason...

Because it IS rocket science ?

You did like 3 or 4 (random !!) steps... while the guide has 27 mandatory steps... follow them all - to the letter.

Are you using the latest version of FG Body? Asking because I don't (v1.45 -> v1.80+ was not BC for the mod so it broke a lot of work I did for my private conversions + custom body shape). What happens if I have older version of FG Body? Also I figure none of the BodySlide files will work as well?

Same. It's very..... weird ?

This is why I don't have the patience to make actual quest mods.

In any event, this is a neat little mod to play through from start to finish. Not much reason for leaving it in after completion at the moment.

Might see if removing it and maybe re-installing later is detrimental in any way.

Depends on your setup. The sliders aren't interchangeable. But you can have a mix of 1.8 with some 1.45 clothing/armors but you would need to build the 1.45 outfits without morphs unless the sliders being used by whatever mod are exactly the same name (otherwise they won't work) and you would need to temporarily remove 1.8 to build any 1.45 outfits in BS. If you use bodygen any 1.45 outfit won't shape while all 1.8 will.

I refuse to put a marker on the Nukatron that drives the bike.

I don't know, feel like I treat the player like a baby.

The little plot revolves around the motorcycle and the Nukatron who drives it, who was arrested. When you come back from doing your things with the Major or with Travis (that mission has two variants), the Nukatron is there walking near the motorcycle that you want to recover. In fact Sullivan tells you that he will give you the key and that the Nukatron, your boss's driver, is free too.

The least you can do is talk to the Nukatron -which by the way asks you to recover the key to the motorcycle to be able to go to Nuka World-. If I put a marker on the Nukatron, I feel like I'm treating the player like a fool who needs to be held by the hand all the time. ?

Are you playing without subtitles?

When i got to DC for the first time the first thing i saw was the motorcycle, usually new items on the ground or new building on the landscape caughts your atention immediatly, and in this case if it doesn't have a trigger you know that it will be part of a mission that you'll get eventually.

Saludos!

Ouch. It's amazing what a damn condition can destroy ?

Do not worry. It is just a condition and is fixed with an update. That conversation is told by the Protectron of Nuka World when you win all the missions. It will take you to a ride for free ... but if you dress properly. I forgot to put a condition: that should only be said by the fucking protectron. By not putting that, every living being will tell you that. But I'm finishing up a little repeatable mission to visit and pay respects to Mason. I'll upload it all tonight+ the fix.

El mod acaba allí, a falta de más actualizaciones.

En cuanto al bug. Es solo una condición que me olvidé poner al protectrón. Lo corregiré y no afecta tu SaveGame, así que tranquilo.

You know. That explains why when I was automatically creating the voice files, the program was creating voice files for for bears, mirelurks, etc. I said, What? What the hell do you do that for?

I must have suspected.

I'm so sorry comrades. Here is a corrected esp for those who have already won all missions.

Put it on DATA folder and replace.

Nuka Ride.esp

Working now.

I'll upload an update later.

That's why we are here :) You make it, we break it.

Seriously, this mod rocks! And I'm happy to report on the bugs to improve it because after playing it, It's permanent in my LO

Not that it needs a lot of improvements, it just has some small quirks. Overall it's great!

Thanks for making it!

PS, testing new EPS now.

Update: the new ESP seems to be working, thank you for your time and patient.

Something is happening with your game.

How about you try these two solutions? (I am not telling you to reinstall and play in a new game because you already tried, right?).

Try to put Nuka Ride as low as possible in your load order, so it takes priority. Put it near the end if you know how to put it.

Or try a game with few mods?

I suspect there is another mod interfering, I don't know. Look, this comes out for me. Do you have F4 updated to date, right?

So I got to the mule quest for Apollo...
My issue with Solomon is different.. we go into his house.. and he immediatly starts shooting at me.

No matter wether I shoot back or not... the moment I head out to DC - everybody starts shooting at me.
This is regardless wether I start talking at night in front of the dugout inn, or while he's working at his shop.. either way.. he starts shooting :(

Somewhere in this thread I had read about CapTats... so I disabled (ingame option) for a try, no change.

Likewise I read about a key... he has got none on him in my game (openactorcontainer 1).

Am I doing something wrong here / missing something?

I'm currently playing 2.0.5
(EDIT: I started with a pre existing savegame where I had done all SS2 quests - beeing lvl 20, never been to NW before)

If this is not my fault, I'd have an idea...

Spoiler

if one uses (at least one of) the "wrong answers" (shh.. quite..) he'd use 'assault tag AAF animation' (SA & SH) to teach you a lesson, but if 'complying' the only direct (correct) answer (play along... promotion) he'd use the 'consensual' tag animations.

For the logic:
Default 'value' would be 'consensual', if any of the 2 'wrong' answers were used, the value changes to 'assault'.

This wont solve the issue I experience, but I think it would be a nice RP (and cross-mod functionality) gameplay addition.

Try it during the day! I will try to create a condition for Solomon to tell you: "Let's talk during the day when I run my business, at night the cops are very controlling."

(something like that)

Two users reported this same issue because they had Crime and Punishment -CAP. I don't know if you have it installed too.

Already did.

It cant get much more "day" after 10am - while he's at his shop?
