i was looking for some lewd turn based rpgs or games where you can collect girls(characters) the game doesn't need to have sex scenes(but it will be cool if it has tho) preferably finished games or an advanced development

I know there's a ROM hack for Fire Red like that, sadly I can't remember the name of it currently. But I'd hope it isn't too hard to find. There might also be an RPG Maker game or two like that.

Sakura Dungeon? (Not really an rpg, more dungeon crawler, but has turn based combat - well your slandered jrpg style turn based - and collecting).

If you haven't seen it before, Peasant's Quest, is pretty good. You play as a farm boy who has gone seeking adventure and get caught between the forces of good and evil.

It's an RPG maker game with 3D images/animation for the lewd scenes. But there is a fair bit of content which you can choose to opt into covering a range of kinks but you can pursue multiple girls simultantiously.

well i know of one that it's still on early access and is published on steam, the game is Princess & Conquest, it's an RPG Maker game and it's interesting if you like variety of everything (talking about sex scenes and event's rewarding you with princesses obviusly)
and another that is a turn based battles and farm simulator you can try Cloud Meadow that still in early access but it's pretty good, and these two keep updating frequently.
but there is more because kagura games is a publisher on steam that handles adult rpg maker games +18 but they need the official patch from their home page: https://www.kaguragames.com/ to have the adult content on, i personally recomend succubus affection, neither of these are free except the patches from kagura games

While not really a "collection" type of game. You should look into any games made by Eushhully and/or Alicesoft. Those guys make H-games as games first and lewd scenes viewer second. That means that their games have pretty good gameplay mechanics and loop that can be enjoyed even if all the lewd scenes are cut out.

 

Kamidori is probably their best game. It has a fan translation that's 100% complete so just Google it. That game has enough content to get you to 100 hrs+ of play

Don't mean to spam (just recommended the same game in a different thread) but maybe take a look at this:

turn-based RPG, you recruit a group of slaves and/or peons, male/female/optionally futa, with various furry and fantasy races available. Take them to harvest materials for a fairly large crafting system (cooking, tailoring, smithing, alchemy), and through both generated dungeons and a storyline. Combat and sex scenes are also turn based, and mostly text. Most sex is optional (but gives XP so a good idea to do daily.) Don't expect much eye candy (each char just has a portrait and a body image, there's image packs in forums) but I very much enjoyed completing the initial quest line on different chars.
