Nisa's really bad about documentation, so there's no description anywhere for the Doll Shop feature.  I've answered the same questions so many times on her forum, I went ahead and wrote a quick guide on how to use it myself.

Could also add this to the guide for having your slave clean. dunno how old it is or if EA broke/removed it.

 

To make your Sim behave like a maid: sims.add_buff buff_Role_ServiceNPC_Maid. To make your Sim stop behaving like a maid, enter the same command except with "sims.remove_buff" at the beginning instead of "add_buff."
