How to fix this? i already reinstalled all my animation mods, is this supposed to be like this?

That's smol.

 

The animation was made for a certain penis size and your character is way below that threshold. There is nothing you can do now to change or "fix" the animation. You need to change the schlong size (in the character creation menu or sos mcm, depending if you installed the xpmsse patch or not). It's similar to how every animation is made with certain body types in mind and if you use different bodies you'll see slight misalignments in the animations. You'll need to tweak that on your side.

ahh ok, but when i see the preview video from m2m thread the hands looks fit to the dick and the dick is not that big too, i think for this one is not bcs of size but the hands you can see it clearly in the image, i already ticked and patched the hands skeleton fix in fnis nothing changed

That has nothing to do here. The animation was made like that, nothing will change it (well, you could learn to edit animations and tweak them for your own use...). Perhaps you saw a different animation with a different hand position, but for the one you're using the penis is definitely out of the scope supported.

Are you using the SAM body, the SOS body, or the SMMP Body.

 

Because SAM and SMMP body require adjustments to the skeleton.

 

SOS is the one most of the animations are tailored for.
