So when my sims undress they wear their grey underwear with a black penis ;-;
I tried to fix it but nothing seemed to work..

What other mods do you have installed? You obviously have Wicked Whims.....do you have the most recent version?

You have a broken penis mod see if there's an updated version of the one you use....
