Using larger Atlas size For LOD textures

Ok, following problem:
I´m using a certain Flora Overhaul (older one, no longer on Nexus) which has a few rogue LOD-trees here and there, so I wanted to regenerate the tree-LOD with SSELodGen.

 

SSELodgen tells me, that the Default 8k texture isn't large enough for all billboard textures, which is true.

 

BUT:

The mod itself came with a 16k*8k atlas texture, which is large enough.

 

So, my question is, how do i convince SSLodGen to just use a larger texture when i try to regenerate?
