Mod doesn't work after update (exception)

Hi! So everything was working fine before updating. I downloaded the latest update (1.73.57.1030) and something is off. I can go into build mode, but when I try to play with my household the game loads, then puts me into the world selection menu. There I get an orange "WARNING! An error related to WhickedWhims has occured! A report file (WhickedWhims_Exception.txt) has been created! ..." message. Also, immediately after this message comes a green one, saying "WHICKEDWHIMS  Congratulations! WhickedWhims v163h has been installed!..."

 

Well, the thing is, there is no file like this in my .../Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4 folder. There are those which I attach, but idk if they are of any use in this case (especially that the lastException file is dated 2019. 06. 02.. What should I do? What would be a solution?

First get rid of your duplicate files.

Next make sure you also update MCCC and Nisa's Wicked Perversions if you have them.

UICheats and MoreCASColumns also need updates if you have them.

 

Delete your localthumbcache.pkg in your TS4 folder whenever you add, remove, or update mods or game.

 

Old Last Exception files can be deleted.

Had that once and it turned out to be outdated BD.....check all your other mods like Scorpio says....

@Scorpio@procian Thx for the comments, I did all that Scorpion said, but my problem remains the same. But this file I attach might be the key to the problem. It's an MCCC exception file, but sadly I can't make anything out iof it by myself, I don't really understand it. ( I have the latest 8.1.1 version from both the MCC and MC Woohoo)

Your error is from Nisa's Wicked Perversions and MCCC is just telling you about it.

 

Look in your saves folder and delete the WickedPervsMods folder.

 

Make sure Nisa's WP is updated too.

 

You can also remove Nisa's WP from mods, delete your localthumbcache.pkg, and load the game without it.

Do a save as 'Testing' or whatever and exit.

Put Nisa's WP back into mods again and delete the localthumbcache again.

 

This should clear any stuck data from WP.

But just a question, the versin of Nisa's is the latest here on LoversLab, right? Because on the MCCC server they are telling me to update it, but that's the latest I can find

@Scorpio It worked, thank you very much! It seems that I just needed to reinstall Nisa's
