No special skintones mod

My more recent saves have been spawning a lot of random townies with skintones from the "special" category.  Just regular humans, but with weird color skin like blue and green.  Is there anything that can make the game stop doing this?

Sounds like an unusual game bug to me as this is the first I've heard of something like this.

Don't think there is anything specifically made for your issue tho.

 

The only workaround is stopping the game from importing randoms with a mod or two.
