And sorry for the bother TY much
Neodarkside Posted April 29, 2021 Posted April 29, 2021 Not exactly sure what you are saying, add a screen shot of what they look like. One of the semi recent updates allows for many different skin tones and a slider to brighten or darken it, so you should have hundreds of skin colors to work with.

And sorry for the bother TY much The main problem is using regular CC Skins as they tend to knock out details, makeup, etc., especially bad using default skins. Tip: Use only non-default skin overlays instead. They rarely get broken with game updates and don't displace details or makeup. The disadvantage is they have to be applied in CAS on every sim you want to have them on. Not a big deal for me as I edit every sim in game with cc hairs, makeup, etc., anyway, at least the females in my case. My favorites are by RemusSirion so I'll send you two samples I use to test out, (just extract the file and move folder into Mods). RemusSirion has many others but more females than males and the RS-12-F I sent has added a nicer cleavage than others I've tried, and too many make females into bodybuilders. They tend to 'follow' your 'in game' skin tones you choose as they are sort-of maxis match because they are overlays instead of cc skins which usually aren't maxis match. Now that I think about sometimes I get weirdness with things like double nipples as I apply one overlay against the default one.

You can't apply non-default overlays on top of default overlays without having some strange results. I don't use defaults for anything and double nipples are just one of the reasons. Like Sopour Allure tops are non-defaults and have their own menu in Wicked Body Selector, but they work best on smaller type sims. Using default bodies you have to pick the Native option for all sims. (you might have forgot this step) Having 2+ default body parts installed like Better Bodies and CMARS, or EVE's can cause trouble also. Most skins or overlays use EA barbie boob shape for nipple details but when using default bodies some of them alter the shape of the boobs too. Now they aren't EA barbie shape boobs anymore so the cc nipple details and meshes don't line up anymore. It's sort of a mixed bag, some combinations work and some don't. Wicked & Wild Guy's use the EA barbie shape and follow maxis match so they jive together. Using most Non-Default Skin Overlays on top of these 2 also seem to follow the maxis match thing too. Switching between these different Non-Default Overlays is the same as switching lipstick in that you can't apply 2 at once. It sounds complicated and new users of mods tend to download everything in sight, but not understanding what they actually do.
