Crashdown117 Posted April 3, 2021 Posted April 3, 2021 I may be wrong, but it looks like you're using a custom skin or skin overlay. The brighter part around the testicles is probably the base game skintone coming through at the "seams". I have stopped using custom skins exactly because of issues like this (and the ones I had were even worse).

Non Default Skin Overlays can still be used on regular males and females but they don't work on females with dicks, obviously.
