Hi! I am curious , is there any mods that allow you to have sex with your family?

The base game allows you to have sex with your family.

The base game allows it, but there are mods that make it easier, more titillating, or less harmful.  My suggestions:

 

Incest for Everyone: A mod on the Steam Workshop, it changes every religion to make incest acceptable.  Much easier to seduce or marry your close kin with this.

 

Carnalitas: The basic sex framework for the game, it gives the ability to make love to characters and get explicit sex scenes from it.

 

Basic Pure Blood: My own mod, it makes it so inbreeding is a positive effect, not a negative one.  Very useful if you're going to keep at it over the generations.
