Is your CK installed into the same directory as Skyrim?

Also you're using the CK 64-bit, which afaik is for SE, but this is the LE technical support. Are you using Skyrim LE or SE?

No , install into Bethesda folder. Should I put it in the Skyrim directory?

I use Skyrim LE . Bethesda releases the 64-bit version

Yes, so that it can find your Data folder and mods.

tried, and, it gives me the absence of a DLL  ( steamapi64_dll) that is installed in both the Skyrim Directory and the Bethesda folder . If I install it in the Bethesda folder, it works but with the reported handicap

Otherwise, I should find it on Steam, but it's not there

Where can I find the LE version?

The LE Version is on Steam among the tools.

Skyrim CK.jpg

I turned it to all (instead of tools) - red oval. I scrolled down to the CK - blue oval.

Just checked for me with the skyrim creation kit, it is where it is supposed to be in the list, basically in the list where it is not for you, do you have skyrim properly installed and are you sure you are using le and not se?  The only time I have not seen the creation kit in my tool list was when skyrim had either messed its install up or was not installed at all.

Properly installed in the Steam folder. I use the LE version

If I used Skyrim SE, I could easily find it on Bethesda

Here is a discussion with a guy with the same problem as me   https://www.rpgitalia.net/forum/discussioni/download-skyrim-creation-kit.16885/  (  It will be translated as it is in Italian ) . The alternate link does not lead to CK, but to Bethesda with Fallout Shelter, which makes me assume it has been removed

Having fixed all the errors of this mod  Skyrim Shogun - Samurai -WIP-    making the changes listed here  eliminating all sources of CTDs  CTD while exploring the village  , it occurred to me that I could improve it

Weird, not too sure what the problem is then, though as they seem to have removed the download for the 64b le ck it could be that there was problems with it, I never even knew there was a 64b version of the le ck, the one from steams tools section is not, though as far as I am aware that is the source of the ck for le.  Hmm, wonder if they got some of the se stuff mixed in with the le ck which may well explain why it is not showing the base game files.

The 64 bit version is for SSE. I tried to install it in the skyrim directory but, it gives me the absence of the dlls that are already installed

Bethesda also has the one for fallout4, but I don't know if it's okay

CK is game specific, you must use the correct one, installing the fallout 4 one will not work with le or at least it never used to, the various ck are looking for specific settings/information for that game.

Since I can't get it, if you know any viable alternatives ...

You could put a bug report into bethesda using their own website about it not showing in steam library, as checking shows that for le even the official creation kit website points to the steam tools section for its location, you might be worth while having a contact with steams own tech support but chances are they will send you to bethesda, there again they may well be able to find out why the ck is not showing even though you own le on steam.

Hmm, just did some checking around and  one site says you must search for creation in the tools section of steam as like the le version of skyrim it no longer shows though it should if you have le installed.  https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim_Mod:Creation_Kit

[SOLVED]

Found  !!!!!!!!  Thank's to all

Where can I find a tutorial to do the following?

1) Populate the country

2) Insert in the map the icons of the places and / or clubs (Blacksmith, inn, store and more)

3) Add buildings and / or alternative locations (the map is mostly empty, and it feels like wasted space)

4) Creation of the compassmarkerart
