KiraKiraChan Posted March 8, 2021 Posted March 8, 2021 I downloaded a sim from another site and the sim won't load properly in CAS and live mode. Whenever I load the sim in CAS, the sim never loads no matter how long you wait for it to load. The sim is stuck on the default or random sim and it only has the loading symbol on the sim near the create a sim button. I can't save and play the sim no matter what even if the household has normal sims and whenever I tried to play the sim in live mode by placing them in a lot straight from the gallery, the game is infinitely stuck in the loading screen. How can I fix this problem?
Crashdown117 Posted March 8, 2021 Posted March 8, 2021 Do you use MC Command Center? There was a bug related to pre-made Sims that already have a lifestyle, that was fixed in the 8.0 release of MCCC, and your description sounds similar to that one. So, if you have MCCC, update it to the latest version (and maybe any other mods as well, while you're at it).

I think some of the mods from the downloaded character has conflicts to the mods I have in my folder. I'll be looking for it instead. I also just remembered that the sim that I downloaded was in here and I think is still up on download?
Oops19 Posted March 10, 2021 Posted March 10, 2021 You may remove all CC of this sim and use only the Tray files. If this fails then it's really broken. Sims from here come with SOL, WW tuning, Nisa, HQ, ... files as some creators do not cleanup the mess Tray-Importer generates.
