Making a smaller nipple

Not entirely sure about the best way of going about this but... here's what I want to accomplish

 

It is hard for me to explain but I will try

 

1. There is a Swimsuit top piece that is actually better looking "boobs/nipples" 

2. Because of the fact its a "swimsuit top" I can not make them wear a top so they are always topless.

3. I would like to change said top piece and make it available as an accessory or tattoo that way they can still wear a top.

 

Any help? Thanks

 

(If interested I am talking about the Sopor's allure mod and under swimsuits it shows an "allure boob")

Not sure if I understand but...

First you need a nude body(outfit), Wicked Whims has one included.

If you have Sopours Allure Tops mod installed you have to use the Wicked Body selector in game to choose Sopours Tops as they are not defaults.

You can select the option to 'make all sims like...' to have all female sims use Allure Tops.

This is the normal way to use other nude tops(boobs) besides WW. 

 

Some clothing, i.e., swimsuits, etc., might have been created specifically for Allure boobs, or Eve, or whatever, or a special nude top.  

Clothing is obviously an outfit but nude top/bottom is also an outfit too only it's a hidden outfit per se.

 

Hard to explain but sims can only wear one outfit/top at a time and if you changed your swimsuit to an accessory it would likely just replace the top anyway or cause a mess.

Guess I'm not understanding... a top is a top is a top.

Tops are either nude tops(outfit) or clothing tops(outfit)

If you have a cc clothing top that shows the actual boobs it's made as a naked clothing outfit(top) so it isn't considered topless and isn't considered an actual nude body part.

Do you have a CAS one-piece outfit which actually consists of two pieces? Or which is only for bottom but no top can be selected because of this?

Here splitting the mesh to lower and upper body would make sense so one can undress the top or buttom without affecting the other.
