Well, it did delete the ability for the deck to pick up custom mods in the launcher.. sigh

Actually, I turned on force experimental compatibility mode and that did it, turned it back off and can see custom mods again.

hello i downloaded it but it does not have that other mod file that makes it get detected in the paradox launcher, is it a mistake on my end or is it actually missing?

Its a zip file , is the descriptor not unzipping?

I have the same issue too and i did delete the CBO community patch and I still have the problem.

Can also confirm; not using Community Patch but having weird dick problems on girls and men with big dick traits have massive thighs for some reason.

Either 

1) You need to fully delete CBO, then redownload. The issue could be from simply pasting over the old version leaving in stuff that I've deleted.

 

2) You have an incompatible mod. Try removing mods and see what happens.

 

I have zero idea what could cause "massive thighs" as that one doesn't even have it's own attribute. Might be an incompatible animation mod. The woman with dicks is the result of the tags that make futa work being set for some reason. It's mostly likely just generally the result of some error causing all of the coding to go haywire. Sometimes with GFX modding specifically you can get behavior that makes no sense whatsoever.

#1 isn't possible because I didn't use an older version of CBO, I just recently installed the mod with the latest version.

FIGURED IT OUT!!!

 

It's something about CBO Animations + causing the issue.

 

It would cause the "Ball Size" slider to change thigh size and the "Shoulder" slider to adjust waist size for some reason.

pending compatch for the updated version, I think CFP loaded above carnalitas and barbershop and everything will load and play but you may have some realsm full of fully nude persons.

I'm not sure how that works with gamepass. Do you see it as a mod to add to a playset from the ck3 main screen?

Interesting, after disabling CBO Anims+ I haven't had any issues and I'm running CBO + EPE

with EPE and no compatch do you have entire regions nude? japan? southeast asia etc?
