Enslavement Mod

Hey, so you know how in fo3 there was the mesmatron, which let you hypnotize someone long enough to put a slave collar on them?

 

Can someone show me a Mod similar to that but as a Spell?

 

Requirements

• Must be SSE compatable.
• Has to be a spell (kind of like calm and fury, available as a spell tome).
• Must be compatible with DD.
