Female Feral Ghouls With Penis

Hey guys. I don't know if this can be considered as a problem but it's been bothering me. Seeing that there are also female feral ghouls (that wear dresses etc), is it intended for them to have penises? It looks really silly imo. Is there at least any way to make feral ghouls equip their penis only when you have sex with them?

This is all because of raditaion, all ghouls grown penis to put player in good use.

Also you can try remove dress from spawn list in CK
