If literally none of your mods are working you're probably just missing something basic like SKSE. I would recommend reading through something like Skyrim SE for Beginners and posting your load order here to find specific issues.

and you are sure all of your mods are for your skyrim Version?

It is quit easy to add the wrong mods, happens to me from time to time too.

i mean the mods for your version. Most mods have a version for the legendary or special Edition. If you have a Mod for LE on a SE game it can become problematic, it don't have to be bad it just can. Since you are on the special edition support page, check if your mods are really for SE and not LE. If you can't figure it out try to get back to the download pages you have said mod from.

Posting your Load order is also always a good way to let others try to figure out your problem. At least some could see if they know a fix for it if it is not the mod version but the order you put the mods in

Hint: check the comments in the Simply Knock mod page, first pinned comment has the answer (along with most of the ~40 bug reports which are mostly about the same issue and the reason you're crashing: an outdated dll file). You should be able to find the updated dll (it's linked in the pinned comment, also easy to find if you search "simply knock" in the nexus for Skyrim SE).

Couple of things:

  • You have FNIS listed twice in MO, why? one does the trick already. If these are different parts of the same mod (ex. FNIS and then the Creature pack from FNIS) you should rename them to clearly know what's inside, so if you need to update or change things 4 months later you know where is each thing (and also to avoid questions from strangers on the Internet about why you have a mod twice).
  • You have Sexlab, then Papyrus Util and then Simply Knock, Sexlab already contains a version of Papyrus Util, so the only reason to install it on top of Sexlab is to guarantee your game is using the latest version available, a good idea but completely useless as you have Simply Knock overwriting both Sexlab and Papyrus Util (hint hint: check the active conflicts and find out that Simply Knock also contains a Papyrus Util version, a very old one).
  • Outdated dlls are easy to spot because SKSE prints a log each time you try to launch the game, if any dll fails to load it will be in the log. And MO happens to check that log and tells you about the dll in particular with a Notification (the red triangle/exclamation mark above the Run button). Hint hint hint: each notification MO gives you is something you should fix or at least address, so the reasonable amount of notifications you should have is zero. If you ever see any notification read about it, fix it or change things so it's no longer there.

So you should move Papyrus Util way lower in that left panel, at least below Simply Knock. And get the updated dll for Simply Knock. And pay attention to any notification/error/warning you see in any of the tools or mods you'll be using. That's the easiest way to pinpoint issues when you're just starting. That and learning to actually use the tools to mod the game. Otherwise you'll be stuck in minor details a lot.
