I was playing game normally, but one day when I wanted to play as my family, error has happened and I can't play, please someone help me.

Outdated Tunable Resource Error

Outdated Tunable Resource requires removing.

Tunable Game Resource with name 'Gardening_Harvest_Continuation' contains incorrect/outdated information.....find and delete.

You could try typing gardening in the mods folder search bar....or as scorpio says check your gardening mods for updates.
