Is there still an active development for Sexlab SSE ?

My issues so far:

  • Tag filtering seems to be broken (SexLab.GetAnimationsByTags(2,"Blowjob,Kneeling","Vaginal,Anal") for example returns only one animation although I have plenty of animations registered that should fit
  • Race support seems to be broken, Sexlab is unable to start Canine animations for scenes with Dogs - although they are equivalent. I tried to analyse it by dumping the races to trace within Sexlab registration, but if I do this, the problem disappears.
  • Cum shots are completely broken
  • Some events (eg. for orgasms) seems to be broken
  • Lots of unnecessary teleports during actor placement phase - much more than in Oldrim - sex in pampas leads to multiple expensive and slow environment reloads because of this

 

Now my question:

Is there still an active development? Do I have to live with the issues, fix them on my own or shall I provide more details for analysis?

The Sexlab code base is extremely complicated for external developers since there is no architecture documentation that could help to understand this zoo of layers and caches...

Ashal mentioned the other day on Discord that since the 10th anniversary of LoversLab is upon us it might be the motivation he needs to do a SexLab update.

 

So there is hope. ?

 

In the short term Osmelmc has some fixes in a tweak mod that works with both LE and SE (I have been using it on SE for some time now)

If you want Ashal (or any mod maker in general) to add features (or fix some) you need to post in the support thread for the Sexlab SSE mod.  If you just post in random locations then likely he will never see your post and nothing will get done.
