Game crash

Hi guys! I have the version 1.66.139 and download the last versión of WW. When I try to enter in a home unit the game crashes. I can make a new sim or build a house in an empty terrain but i can't play with a sim. I dont have others mods. Any suggestion?

If you have a legit version of sims 4  you need to update your game...if you don't you will get no help here....
