system021ns Posted January 5, 2021 Posted January 5, 2021 Hello, i reinstalled game after 2y (with newest dlc and packages) and put old mod folder and update necesary. I tried to load game and it break. Anyone knows how to fix it?

Over the last 2 years tons of mods were broken with all the game patches so it might be easier to just start over. Build Buy cc objects, skins, traits, careers, scripts, but only a very few old mods or cc survived without needing updates Move all your mods into a temp folder on your desktop except for the resource.cfg file. Delete your localthumbcache.pkg in your TS4 folder. Depending on which mods you want, start with installing one or 2 updated script mods you like best. These are the most stable if you use them. Wicked Whims + Animations Basemental Drugs MCCC Wild Guy's Female Body Details Simdulgence Real Gens Penis Install and retest game first but don't make any new saves yet. If game works OK now you can try adding a few more mods back and retest. Eventually you will find the bad mods/cc
