when playing skyrim se I keep getting told that I need Skyrim 1.9.32 or better to continue working properly. but everone that I have managed to find on the internet seems to have a virus because my system tells me and refuses to load it. does any one have a clean copy for skyrim se.

That's the regular Skyrim version, so you're using a mod for regular Skyrim and not a properly ported version of said mod(s).

Steam does. If you own Skyrim SE in Steam you'll get the latest version by default. Then you need to learn to get and use the proper mods.
