The Warehouse

The warehouse is a dive bar, brothel and strip club all in one.  All the credit for this creation goes to the amazing modders who created the custom content I simply threw together.  Have fun, make it your own and feel free to share.  I included as much cc as I could as well as the mods needed to run it successfully.  Feel free to ask me for something that may not have shown up in game.

To see what version of the game you have, you should look in the lower left corner of the launcher, The last version of the game was 1.69 although in reality it is little, (for practical purposes None) difference with 1.67 ... either of the two is worth it. for download

Got the same problem. Game is up to date and all expansion packs installed. Pity, your work looks promising.

You could try to convert the sims3pack to a .package file and see if the game accepts the information by including everything in the proper bins/library. If if doesn't still doesn't work or you find you'd rather not have it in your game - a .package file is easiest to remove.

packs.rar   Are these placed in downloads

packages.rar   with this one i am guessing the Mod/Package folder

mods.rar   As mods are they going into Mods/Packages  folder as well

The_warehouse.Sims3Pack   this one i know goes in Downloads

Extract these files using 7zip or Winrar is a great place to start

Get the tool to change Sims3packs into .package files and you'll almost never use them again (I still do for 'complicated' ones like worlds/community lots with scripting, etc.)

hola, sabes si el solar es compatible, con la act 1.67? es que cuando lo intento en instalar sale un msj que dice asegurate de tener todas las actualizaciones de sotfware mas recientes e intentalo de nuevo

If anyone is having issues with the Sims3pack that has the lot itself,,,, downloading "Delphy's Sims 3 Pack Multi-Extracter" extracting the Sims3pack into a folder somewhere so you can find it and dragging it in your library folder has worked for me. The lot showed up when i did this. it only takes a min or two to do. Make sure you make backups and stuff just in case as well.

i tried this i put it in the  library and all items disappeared, so i put it back in the mods folders, i still can't see the building unless it has a specific name?

Can anyone help me with this message, what it means and what I need to do to fix the problem? It comes with this error message when I have a brothel in The Warehouse. It's annoying as it comes constantly, got about 20 in a few minutes

Very true... those error messages get tiresome rather fast.  I was going to download the bulk contents of this lot, as I wasn't having any success with installing the sim3 pack, but after seeing the trouble you're having with it, I've decided that I have enough mods to play with in my game as it is...

It's a bit late to ask the 'post creator' of that error message:

 

Does a brothel work to begin with? The brothel itself requires nothing special - unlike a Kinky High School - on it's lot to function. It is an assignment to push 'working Sims' to and the lot value is used to set the rent value if not owned. You could use an empty lot if one wanted to.

 

Then again if the lot is being used 'exclusively' for a Brothel - did the player try changing the lot type in Town View or Build & Buy? Too many unknowns to dismiss the stated problem.

Hey all... For those of you who were inspired by the description of this lot, but were discouraged after trying to install it to your game, don't lose all hope.  With patience and dedication, you could probably create your own by using custom content from the downloads offered (mods, packages and packs).  This is what I would recommend; 1.Create a folder in your hard drive where your downloads are stored and label it as 'warehouse'.  2. Inside your newly created 'warehouse' folder, you should create three more folders and label them so that you can keep each download in its respective category.  After that, you can unzip each one using 7-zip at your convenience.  As many of you will know that it will be a time consuming task.  On a more pleasant note, I was amazed by the amount of custom content in this creation, and therefore have decided to test my theory and give it another shot.

mine isnt working either it says make sure my game is updated and i installed everything packs, packages mods all of it
