Zydiz Posted December 7, 2020 Posted December 7, 2020 I have bought a new amd graphics card (5600xt to be exact) and I was using a laptop with gtx1050ti before, this whole set up was working fine, I was using Polo's Enb (http://blog.livedoor.jp/polo702/tag/poloENB) but when I switched to this computer I was getting pink/purple skin textures with females, I though enb was the issue, so I disabled the enb, the skins were looking fine. Then I changed my enb to NLVA, which led to this bug which has happened before on my old system with another ENB that I don't remember. Enb Used: NLVA with the included weather mod Mods that matter: Spoiler Sccreenshots: Spoiler getting close to the character makes those black "shadows" dissapear gradually, also the hands and feet colors have gone mad, haven't had this issue with the previous enb. also these glitches around water,
superlerk123 Posted December 7, 2020 Posted December 7, 2020 honestly just go back make sure you have everything installed properly texture wise, enb and lighting especially, but if you said you changed ENBs mess around with those first.
Dorabella Posted December 7, 2020 Posted December 7, 2020 Mature skin ; SG female textures renewal ; leyenda skin . It seems to me that something is wrong, are not a little too many, since when you install them they overwrite them? You also have several deactivated plugins, including textures ones. Perhaps, as already suggested by @superlerk123 , you should start tidying up a bit, delete what you don't use and reinstall the rest correctly. for example, check in skyrim data / textures / actors / characters / female, which textures you have installed. If you find Leyenda, with the plugin disabled, it is obvious to think that they are not working correctly
Grey Cloud Posted December 7, 2020 Posted December 7, 2020 The triangles are down to missing mipmaps. Run Ordenador on your entire texture folder with just the Mipmaps box ticked. It may take 30 minutes or more depending on the size of your textures folder and hardware. You want to double-check your ENB settings especially the memory section of enblocal.ini. The black body is lack of VRAM. Ordenador https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71294

I thought of this but, this set up was working for 2+ years before the gpu changed. Will try tho, thanks

Ordenador https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71294 thanks a bunch, i will try that, i thought it was a memory issue at first, but i had plenty. then i used BETHINI to tidy up my ini files, the game worked like a charm then, my skyrimprefs.ini was a total mess, the female body is fixed but the water still does that crazy thing.
Zydiz Posted December 8, 2020 Author Posted December 8, 2020 but now since the female skin issue is fixed, it is still a bit strange, only argonians didn't have this issue, so while in racmeneu i switch the race to argonian then back to nord for example then the black "shadows" dissapear. but the water still shines like crazy and hurtsmy eyes, and it is really dark in general areas. other enbs create beautiful tclean water but this one makes it real dark, for example the water in riften is almost pitch black.

Argonians (and khajiits) are using a different skin texture than humans, elves and orcs. One thing I forgot to mention last time was to only use 2k or less textures. Anything larger is pointless for general gaming/playing. The memory problem will be in the enblocal.ini setting not Skyrim.ini or Skyrimprefs.ini. See this on how to configure it corectly: https://wiki.step-project.com/ENBoost As for the water, all I can suggest is to double-check your ENB and lighting set up and requirements. NVLA looks overly complicated to install set up correctly - certainly too much for me to bother with.
Zydiz Posted December 9, 2020 Author Posted December 9, 2020 @Grey Cloud Mate I dont know which one (used ordenador, and edited enb ini files) fixed it but now all my enb's are working! Now i know i've been asking too many questions but what would you recommend for some percormance tweaks? Beacuse for whatever reason my 1050 ti mobile was running skyrim better then my 5600xt currently, launcher setings? render distance etc. Oh and also i notice a radius in which shadows appear and it's really disgusting. Know how to fix it?

Sorry, I don't know anything about Nvidia cards. Search on the web, there will be guides out there somewhere. Only thing I would suggest is to run Bethini and set your ini files to 'default' or one of the lower levels and then crank them up one level at at time until you find a the right level. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/69787

I get 60FPS on a virtually crash-free game but a lot of factors are involved. (In no particular order). GPU drivers GPU settings Screen resolution Ini settings (I think mine are high or maybe very high with Bethini) ENB used. And other stuff.
