Moving Poses

Ok new to TK17.  Got it running and updated.  I know I can move the location of a pose by clicking the box then clicking anywhere in the scene.  Can I rotate it's location?  I seem to remember in the original game that you could rotate the pose in it's new location.

You can rotate the poses by pressing ctrl+arrow (Left or right) in sequencer or pe.
