1. No ones even going to bother trying to look at that wall of text load order I opened it and after glancing at it I deleted it. I used the plugins one instead.

I looked at your plugins and didn't really see anything but one you can try is to reinstall SOS and then XPMSE and see if that helps. Also look at anything that alters whiterun that you have installed and see if one of those is doing it. If you have too many things going on in one area it can cause problems during cell loading and cause CTDs.

idk it ctds happens niow when i get to the companions fighting the giant and i go to my items menu so idk anymore i been moding this game for a long time  and just got ah new pc with the specs and i still get this issue after tes5editing and looting and all the trimings. i even paid for this game again so idk. the only mod i see that alters whiterun is milkmod economy. i ll keep at it though. this wasnat happening before at all now its just annoying.

check mods placing a npc or horse at stables.

has been a ctd issue for me. Just removed that part with xedit, no extra horse :)

or in your case a companions replacer.

xedit is of great help here, check worldspace and look what get's overwritten.

Real smart move there.

You now need to start the game from the Skyrim Launcher so it can generate fresh inis. You don't actually have to start the game, just get to the load/menu screen.

Run Bethini to get your inis set up correctly.

the thing is when i had a lower end pc  i did not have these issues so i really don know

It has nothing to do with the PC. It is down to you doing or not doing something. For example, if your enblocal.ini is not correctly configured then you can have problems.
