I've installed all was needed, run FNIS, launch testing save and everything worked brilliant. But then - I started new game, play a little and added campfire and populated cities. Then I wanted to use OSEX but guess what, it disappear from OSA menu. I've tried to reinstall, change load order but well nope. I just don't have any clue of what makes it disappear. If anyone have any idea what can I do to fix it I'll be grateful.

I guess you overwrote the Papyrus Util version from OSA with the one from Campfire and that's causing a malfunction in OSA/OSex. Reinstall OSA overwriting the files from Campfire (or if you're using Vortex/MO make sure OSA has priority over Campfire).
