Game Crashes when trying to Start New Game

Hi I really need some help. When I try to play Skyrim I hit Skse.Loader I get to the menu screen I hit new game( because the previous games have different mods.) it goes to the next screen there is a little smoke and then it crashes. I use the following tools 

texgen.exe

fins 7.6

loot

wyre bash

boss

merge plugins

and smart game booster ver 4.6

I installed enbseries vo.444 for tes skyrim

from github i edited the skyrimprefs.ini file with their printout

and also the skrim.ini file

also installed d3dx9_49.dll

all to try to get Skyrim running again.

Any help to get my game running again would be greatly appreciated.

Rename the skrim.ini file (or move it out of your my documents file) and run the launcher again to regenerate the file.  

Then see if the game runs then.  You might have made a mistake in your editing.

 

Do the same thing with the skrimprefs.ini file.

 

Also, stick with using LOOT.  LOOT was made for Skyrim.  BOSS is for Oblivion and Morrowind.

 

Lastly, make sure you rebuild your bashed patch if you used LOOT or BOSS and they changed your load order.  Any time your load order changes, you must rebuild your bashed patch or you can indeed CTD.

The first thing you need to do is to go and do some watching and reading on how to mod Skyrim. The information you have provided suggests you do not know what you are doing.

fins 7.6    Having this means nothing on its own.

loot         Having this means nothing on its own

wyre bash   Why? Are you using it as your mod manager or just for a bashed patch?

boss        As has already been said this is redundant and has been for years.

merge plugins         Why? Have you merged any plug-ins?

smart game booster ver 4.6     What is this?

Why? That is the wrong dll. If you installed ENBoost you would have got the correct version.

You are saying that your game did run. At what point did your game stop running? What did you do that caused it to stop running?
