uurse Posted November 9, 2020 Posted November 9, 2020 Hi there. I'm pretty new to modding Skyrim (classic) and wanted to try out some of the animations. I seem to have everything needed, FNIS, the Sexlab framework, XP32 Max Skeleton, SexLab Matchmaker and the actual animation pack. Yet whenever i try to play any animation, the character(s) just stand still either facing eachother or merging together in the same spot. No t-pose happening nor any error message. The characters' voice lines do play out though. I did also run the GenerateFNISforUsers.exe. I'm using Vortex for the mod management.  My mod list is:  - AddItemMenu - Apocalypse - Combat Gameplay Overhaul - HDT BBB Bounce for SAM - HDT Physics Extensions - Papyrus Utility - RaceMenu - SAM Core - SAM Textures - Sam Vanilla Refits - SOS - SkyUI - XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended - FNIS Behaviour - SexLab Framework - Sexlab MatchMaker - M2M Animations  Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated!

You must load FNIS through Vortex. If you don't, or if something else overwrites your skeleton, you'll get this result.Â

Just Don't Posted November 9, 2020 Posted November 9, 2020 Google "fnis vortex". First results are videos with a step by step. There are also links and information in the FNIS description.
