problem with displaying nude men

I'm having a problem when my male sims get naked (included in attached pic). I have the Lunar Sims penis mod and it displays everything right except for the front of the guy's crotch. It's as if the man has tan lines on the skin around the meat and two veg but I don't have those mods. I don't think I have any other naked dude mods and the mods conflict detector doesn't show any problems. Any ideas?

Broken male nude bottom/skin...you need to update it or find a working one.....also what body hair you using? try removing that in cas see if it helps.

Better Bodies male body parts can also cause this.

I just delete all the male parts and only use the female parts.
