And those 2 women are prostitute. Is there anything more i can do? when I try to choose 'Ask to join in', It keeps showing " (Name) refuses to have sex because (Name) and (Name2) relationship are too weak.

If the 2 females genders are lesbians they won't do it with the men. But there are quite a few other WW settings that can cause it too but it's usually the gender compliance. Changing some of the WW global settings will allow all sims to ignore genders so you will see random autonomous MM, FF, and Orgies. Or you can make both females Bi-Sexual so they will have sex with anybody so it won't change all the sims in the game. https://wickedwhimsmod.com/relationships#/relationships-gender-preference/ Check out my help file even though settings are not tuned for group sex there are notes about them included. Now at the beginning of any play through with Sims that are new to a Household, I make them bisexual, and it solves a lot of issues.

Yes it's the preferred method for me too because I don't want all my sims in the game having orgies. I just use MCCC to check or change all the sims gender preferences instead because I've used it so much.
