what settings/how do you stop autonomous sex from happening in the bedrooms/toilet?

For autonomous sex in general, got to WW's Settings>Sex>Autonomy and reduce the autonomy setting.

 

For individual rooms (useful in public places as well as for "training" your Sims to use other locations around their homes), use the signs from build mode. There are four types of signs ("nudity permitted", "nudity forbidden", "sex permitted", "sex forbidden"), two different scopes ("on lot", "in room"), and two variants "(invisible outside of Build mode", "visible all the time"). Signs can be combined to form more complex rules like "sex is only permitted in the bedroom", but forbidding nudity also forbids sex. Player input overrides whatever signs are present, so even if you restricted autonomous sex to the restrooms of a nightclub, your played Sim can still start an orgy right next to (or on top of) the bar.

You can also Shift + Click on Toilet/Bed, or any other object, select Wicked and disable for autonomous.

Not a global setting so you have to repeat for other locations.

You can still select those objects for manual sex.

 

The other way that helps stop the autonomous excessive toilet use is:

 

Sex Settings/Autonomy/Autonomy Specifics/Autonomy Location Styles (down by the bottom)

Then disable the Private Style Locations.

I also disable Off Lot Locations unless my sim is adventuring in the Jungle or Outdoor Retreat areas.

(Don't like my sims running 10 miles away for remote sex on a bench somewhere)

 

WW priorities for sex locations tends to favor privacy.

(You may need to change some of the other 'Risk' settings and disable 'Privacy').

 

They might still use beds only because of the Comfort Styles which you shouldn't disable BTW.
