so this is what i get when i go to update 

 

also wont load multiple mods like hentaicreatures, morenastycritters and others

 

any help would be appreciated

You have four warnings.  Resolve them.  

One is a box you tick in FNIS.

The other three appear to be the result of mods not being installed correctly.  Make sure you have installed the mods correctly and with all their requirements. 

For the flower girls, make sure you are using the SE sexlab version (if you want sexlab to use it).

 

When your warnings are resolved you should work fine.

And a little advice: if you can move your Skyrim SE folder out of the Program Files to a non-windows location (like another disk, or a different part of C:) you will do yourself a lot of favours. Windows self-defence goes rather mental with DLL and other Skyrim SE files!   ?
