There is this for clothing and I think you might be able to just take the files from the follower mod and copy them into your players folder Lara Croft Outfit 2013 cbbe & unp (weight slider supported):

well, there´s no playable preset for a reason...

Sorry but the mod author has specifically requested many times that playable's not be made for a reason. Just because this isn't the Nexus doesn't mean the author's wishes go out the window.
