Cant stop the bunny hop

Piper had the institute leg cuffs put on her, and I released her, and even took them out of her inventory, but she still does that very annoying bunny hop thing. I have tried everything, I even dismissed her sent her away and re recruited her. Nothing works. Anyone have this happen, or have any ideas?

Usually when this happens with DD, the fix is to trade with the NPC, put the same restraints back on the NPC, get out of their inventory, then trade with them again and take them off.

Have you tried sex? Sex sometimes will get them normal again.
