I dnt havent pics for that .... but anyone know any mods wich dnt mess with ECE files, to let npcs from game more cutie? i just made a reinstall of game because using UNPB now and i remember my old CBBE Skyrim got cutie ones npcs, but now its all more ugly of a witch...

if its the armor idk , but the animation its at http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/33914/ , beware if you use tbbp , its just stop tbbp working, already tested without a backup toke me hell to fix.

 

Um? I have this mod with tbbp and it didn't really break anything. It just replaces magic casting/onehanded. I don't use the idle.

Here's the original file from the Modtype site: UNP Blood Mage.  This mod includes the Blood Mage armor, a separate pair of boots and several different panties.  All items are craftable on the tanning rack but  the names for some of the crafting materials in the menu are garbled, so you many have to add some of the items using the console.  If you are using UNP, the armor should work okay but some of the other items may clip a bit.  If you are using UNPB, there will be too much clipping--so don't bother.  Anyway, enjoy!

ah that why so i guess, i tried with unpb and the idle and lost my tbbp effect, may i ask wich body type you used and the choosen animations from that mod?(forget about that question sorry)

The Buyer is not purchasing the contents, only the right to use the contents. The Buyer may not redistribute this archive file, in whole or in part. The Buyer may not store it any place on a network or on the Internet where it may be referenced by a third party. Buyer acquires the copyright to any derivative works created using this work, provided none of the original materials can be extracted from the derivative work by any means. 
 
If Artist can show that any of the original material can be extracted from Buyer's derivative work, Runtime DNA can demand both the original and derivative work, and all copies thereof be deleted. For example, Buyer cannot make an image of a texture map mapped to a flat plane, such that the original texture map can be cut & pasted from the image. This is designed to protect the Artist from Buyers releasing work, which lets other users obtain the copyrighted material, and is not meant to infringe upon the artistic endeavors of the Buyer.

IANAL, but my interpretation of the above:
1. Derivative work must be "substantially different" from the original work
2. Under the criteria of "substantial difference", the work can be shared
3. If company or artists disagrees with the definition of substantial difference, then they can request for it to be removed.
 
The only "civil penalty" that I see from the above is cease and desist, with copyright infringement only possible if you attempt to pass the original content as your own.

This ridiculous! Spend hard earn money on product you can use any way you see fit but can't redistribute product.

Clear as night and day make no sense but hey, this is internet so make sense. Like me buying new laptop, before finish

It does make sense, simply because it's an artist's work sold for money. If you could just redistribute it that would destroy the whole purpose of selling those meshes since someone would just have to buy it once, upload it again and it's free for everyone else...

It's pretty much the same with any sold virtual material just that most of them require a key that can only be used once so you can't redistribute it.

Certainly I can port them into skyrim. It appears that exactly what they are being sold for. Additionally, that appears to be what Elewin is doing with her stuff. I'm not familiar with her too much but it looks like she is making the purchases and handing them out to her "favorites"...I just want to make sure I can purchase textures and post them here to be ported, same as she - however it will be for everyone.  Thank you for your response though, clearly you were trying to help. :heart:

 

What does you think Endiness? If I don't hear back from anyone I completely intend to make a bunch of purchaes during the next sale, and if I can get people willing to make them in the right body types - they can be used by anyone.

 

My thoughts about it are irrelevant. It's against the law. If DocterPepper can get furious for people selling something he made for free on secondlife (tribunal masks)? How do you think authors feel when something made with the intent of pulling in money is given away for free? Unfortunately, I'm not sure how he could show proof of damages. It should still obviously be pulled as the copyright owner doesn't want his stuff being sold. Whoever is selling it also claiming as their own work, which is another red flag. Regardless, we're all grown here, so you can do whatever you want. I doubt you'll wind up in jail.

Already thought about what could happen. Most virtual material can be pirated just like dat. This website no different from

rest. Take one hacker or random modding person throw everything on net for free. Still doubledgesword no matter how look

wow...now this is even worse than the steam thieves. Those guys are basically selling all the custom items created for Skyrim. Not only DoctorPepper but also jojjo, Zerofrost,  Newermind, etc...

 

Anyone knows if there's a thread for these shitheads on the Bethesda forums? Cause it looks like they're even trying to sell Beth's meshes and stuff that looks like it's from the Witcher.

They sell those to use in the Poser/Daz3d programs, not for other games. If you buy something and want to port it to Skyrim, ask the person who made it originally..chances are, if you actually DID buy it and didn't just find it for free online, then they might let you actually release it. Maybe. Some of those guys are stuffy bastards so maybe not.

 

Btw, I highly doubt Elewin is actually buying those files..almost every single file she has screenshots of can be found for free online. I could be wrong though. But I don't understand that person - I ported an outfit for Oblivion that I bought form Renderosity (Valeria Outfit) but I actually released it here, on LL. I didn't just tease people with it.

My best guess for the body so far is children of the sky.

I'm actually surprised that Elewin shared some of her mods with the public in the first place, given the childish, unappreciative and self entitled nature of the *community*.

 

I would prefer that she share nothing with the public at all; judging by some of the comments made in the past few pages, I daresay that some members of this so called *community* are nothing more than spoiled leechers who expect everything to be handed to them on a silver platter.

 

 

Life is unfair, you seldomly get what you want. Children have to realize that someday. Better now than later I suppose.
