I may have missed something, but this download link for the DF_T5 outfit didn't include textures.  If anyone else is having a problem getting this outfit to work, I found an alternate download site here: http://www.gamersky.com/Soft/201206/36053.shtml .  I believe the boots require some high-heel mod.  Also, you may want to downsize the textures.

That is just a mesh. It's stated in the thread itself that it's just meshes. You need the HDT High Heels System for it to work.

This toon was made by Commisair. But I am not sure what versions he used like UNP or cbbe

or other mods to make her. I tried to private message but he does not log in much.

Anyone have any input on what Commisair used?

And the bikini and shoes... well... I don't know but maybe it's in one of the mods with bikinis on nexus or something from Renderosity.

I am unsure about the Eye Mesh, could be a Vanilla one flipped using the Enhanced Character Edit Mod, however, the heterochromia is not a Mod if you think a little.

 

What you have to do is simple:

 

1) Get in the Game and type in the console Showracemenu

 

2) Go to the "Eyes" Tab and cycle through the Eye Colors till you find the 1 White(Blind) and 1 Colored Eye Combination, choose it and Save your Character when done with the customizations.

 

3) Download a .BSA Extractor, like this one: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/36901 (Fallout 3/Fallout New Vegas Mod Manager, also works for Skyrim)

 

4) Go to Start > My Computer > Program Files > Steam > Steamapps > Common > Skyrim > Data and search for a File named "Skyrim - Textures.bsa" (Make sure the File Extensions are not hidden), then open it using the Fallout Mod Manager.

 

5) In the Fallout Mod Manager's Search Bar, type "blind" and extract the 4 files shown here anywhere: http://i48.tinypic.com/24ez68y.jpg

 

6) Create the Folders as Shown in the Picture (Textures\Actors\Character\eyes) if you don't already have them, they should look like that: steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\data\textures\actors\character\eyes, then place the 4 extracted Files inside the "eyes" Folder.

 

7) Get a Picture Editing Program like Photoshop or GIMP to Edit the Blind Eye Textures as you like. If you don't want to create your own, extract other Eye Textures from the Skyrim - Textures.bsa file using the F.O.M.M. and rename them to what the texture of the Blind Eye you want to replace is called.

 

You should now have the normal Eye + the new Eye Texture in the place of the Blind Eye!

 

EDIT: When (And If) Seren4XX releases his "Ningheim" race on the Nexus, you'll get the Face too I'm guessing! (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/images/221657/)

That's a custom eye retexture. 

This was most likely made in the CK, where you can create any eye color combination you'd like. If you don't know how to use the CK, I highly recommend following Natilde's Creating Standalone NPCs tutorial in order to get you familiar with the program first. Here are the steps for creating eye color combinations:

 

Load your custom race.esp, navigate to HeadPart, and duplicate any two of the existing eyes used by the race. Double-click one of the duplicates and make sure the model, tri, and chargen morph all use the respective eye mesh/morphs (ex. EyeFemaleLeft.nif, EyesFemaleLeft.tri, eyesfemaleleftchargen.tri). Set the texture you'd like and be sure to check "Is Extra Part". Give this head part a unique ID/name and Press OK.

 

Next, double-click your other duplicate and make sure the model, tri, and chargen morph all use the opposite eye mesh/morphs (ex. EyeFemaleRight.nif, EyesFemaleRight.tri, eyesfemalerightchargen.tri). Set the texture and do not check "Is Extra Part". Under "Extra Parts", drag-and-drop the other eye that you just created. Give the head part you're currently editing a unique ID/name, press OK, and you now have heterochromia. :)

 

If you need some good eye textures, I recommend The Eyes of Beauty. You'll need to create TextureSet records for each new texture, though.

That ain't so easy for a new Modder imo lol, editing Character>HeadPart>hisgender and/or adding new stuff to that directory ain't that easy. He can simply change the Blind Eyes into what he likes instead :s don't ya think? Unless he uses some custom Race, in that case he will need to do alot more :P Not everything can be opened/saved in the CK also, it corrupts some files. I also get Errors saying that I open Multiple .esm (Master Files) when I try to load Races like Lunari (Loads Racecompatibility and some others at the same time, even though I don't check them, tried deleting them and didn't work, got another Error saying they're missing lol). I say do it the good old way :3

This "toon" as a name bro. Her name is Sheva. Tribal Sheva outfit from Resident Evil 5. Look like rip content to me with big

breast, tatoos and Chun Li like thighs. If get no message than walk away.  Sheva and Sheva Little Red Riding Hood. People

still don't know difference between mods and rip content..

Would the tatoo's be any chance be made for UNP? I figure I could make a similar face with UNP as well.

Want to try different variations before I stick with a particular eye candy like unp or cbbe.
