So I have Climates of Tamariel and Unbleak both installed with the CoT patch, but my inside environments are still incredibly dark, anyone know a good workaround?

Best work around is when installing CoTs to use the default settings for interior areas either that or get the wearable lanterns mod

It's very easy to make a face that doesn't look the same with ningheim. If they all look the same it's either because people are copying each other or they just like those particular features and it's coincidence. The character I made with ningheim looks nothing like any of the screens I've seen of others, or Lara's face. As far as I've seen ningheim has the best looking faces so far of any other modded race.

What Armor is this ?

That looks to be a personal mash up using RMA for UNP Blades Armor, a refitted Kitty Corset mesh, TSLR bikini bottom and the stockings from the Aradia Lace set. No idea on the choker but its a little tacky imho...and I like chokers. I doubt that armor is available to the public.
