Not gross, very well done really for what its supposed to be, I think thats one of Tigersan's Diesal muscle map on either CNHF or a bodyslide modified UNPB body. The face looks like Bella's, the skin looks kinda like SG but the Tigersan normal is confusing me a bit so I could be wrong.

Last time this came up someone said it was in Halofarm's Sexy Mix...but its not. I looked. Its a cute set...if you're totally throwing the lore out of the window, thats for sure, but not sure on the source really.

Well yes, but theres muscular then there is genetic freak levels of muscular and Tigersan has always come down firmly on the side of genetic freak. But given that character design...it works...because if that started off human, its obviously not any more.

So definitely not that one, unless i m mistaken(been too long since i dualwield)
