Sims won't stop moulding Lump of Clay after I opened a Strip Club

My game is in Dutch so I don't know the correct English in-game terms.

When I played the game a few days ago WITH WickedWhims installed, everything was working fine. I played with 2 different families and nothing was wrong. Then I played with the Landgrabs and had one of them buy a strip club. At the strip club everything was working well until the stripper who worked the bar started playing with a Lump of Clay. This was a randomly generated sim that I hired, so not one I created. After this nothing odd really happened.

Today I started playing with a new sim family, consisting of one sim. He has no kids and no toys. He lives in the apartment next to the Bheeda family. When I saw them standing in the hall the both of them simultaneously began moulding the Lump of Clay. I ''debugged'' them and soon after one of them played with clay again.
Because of the debugging, the clay fell on the ground, which I later managed to pick it back up playing as one of the Bheeda's, who in his pocket had FIVE pieces of Lump of Clay.

Then after the Bheeda's, my single sim started moulding the Lump of Clay, without owning it. When I debugged him the clay spawned in his pocket.
He also would consistently start the action of Baking a Cake on his own.

I have full autonomy on but with ''selected sim autonomy off'' ticked.
After debugging sims several times they will still continue with the action of playing with Lump of Clay, and for my sims it's also baking a cake.
Again this all happened after I opened a strip club, and this was after days of playing with WickedWhims installed, but without owning a strip club. I also did not happen with the Landgrab family after playing a couple of in-game days with them and the strip club.

I rage quitted because it was so annoying, but I still have the files, if you need anything let me know what I can do.

I've found out that the lumps of clay randomly appear in a sim's inventory, I had in open for an in-game hour and one appeared.
I also turned off autonomy completely and my sim still does stuff on his own, mainly buying a soda from a vending machine thing, baking cake, moulding with lump of clay, but only AFTER they finish doing another task. The clay moulding starts when the sim is doing nothing, I guess because it's in their pocket, but idk if that should be possible with autonomy off.
Also my sim and npc sims do the visual animation of tapping on that big iPad thing a lot.

WW and strip clubs have nothing to do with this other than a location it can happen on by the game itself.

The ECO EP added a bunch of these new features called NAP's (Neighborhood Action Plans).

NPC's vote in new Action Plans in all neighborhoods and some get hidden traits that make them do random shit.

First go into game settings/ECO and disable the NPC autonomous voting to prevent further sims corruption, lol.

Shift + Click on your sims mailbox and disable the NAP's that cause these.

(You can also cheat enable others you might find less annoying).

This may have to be done in every town & neighborhood but it can only be done by a sim that lives in that zone.

(Sims from other zones will travel to other lots or venues like strip clubs and do their NAP thing at random).

(Probably even the neighborhood you placed the new strip club too)

You can switch households and play another sim in each neighborhood to disable their NAP's.

Instead I just used another mod called 'Control Any Sim'.

Took my sim to every neighborhood to visit one sim in each one.

Use mod to control sim and have them shift + click on mailbox to remove NAP's, (Not every neighborhood was infected yet).

Then use Sims Action menu for 'don't control' to release them and travel to next location.

The most likely infected neighborhoods/worlds are the ones your active sim lives at, plus Evergreen Harbor?

Could also be in other places if you played another sim/s.

There are also a few mods to fix some of these just search for disable ECO NAP's, or whatever.

This makes no sense because I have that turned off.
The moment I made a new save file, I added the sims from the last save file and it immediately happened again. When I switched to Summer Holiday in the new save nothing happened. How do you explain that? It's a bug. There couldn't have been any neighbourhood plans right at the beginning of a new play through.

Again. What you said makes zero sense. If you read my text, you would have seen that everything started right after opening a strip club.

I don't understand why you would assume it's my fault right away? I'm not dumb. You could've just asked first if I have that on without accusing me and saying how flawless the mods are. Just saying.

Like how does a ''neighbourhood plan'' explain random spawning of clay in sims pockets?
Again, there is a bug. If you are incapable of helping I would like someone else to respond. Because you obviously do not care.

Unless you can actually confirm that there is an NAP where sims will randomly get Lumps of clay spawned in their pockets every in-game hour, up to 6 stacks, or will stop any action and go for baking a cake, with autonomy fully turned off, then I won't accept your ''solution''. Or whatever.

What you are describing are bugs caused by Eco Lifestyle and (don't quote me on this) I don't think having N.A.P. disabled makes any difference.

See for yourself Here and Here. Those are links to ea.answer.com.

The bug about the auto-baking seems to have been solved with the latest patch.

The bug about the cubes and clay obsessions is still there, but you can use a mod for that and you can find it Here. I have bought the expansion only recently, but with this mod I have yet to see sims out of control, so I think it is worth a try.

On a side note, I don't know if it is because you are translating from another language, but you appear greatly passive-aggressive towards someone who was actually trying to help. Some people can be really nasty here on this forum, but Scorpio is not one of them.
