How to get Nemesis & FNIS to cooperate?

I'm pretty much at my wits end, any help would be appreciated,

I know already that by default the two shouldn't go together, but I've seen people get it to work.  

Im trying to get Nemesis to run with a FNIS dominated setup, Everything goes well until I install Nemesis, then my character's animations stop working, It still shows my 'pretty female idle' animation, and it even shows NPCs walking away, but not my own character. Im at a loss, I really want to use Combat overhaul & my pretty combat along with sexlabs, Could someone point me in the right direction? Maybe a tutorial? I tried following this:

Several things spring to mind.

1. This is LE tech support.

2. If that is your load order it is a complete mess. Run LOOT on it.

3. When having problems it is much easier to trouble-shoot with as few mods as possible.

4. You are using MO so #3 should be easy to do.

1. Install fnis

2. install nemesis DO NOT ENABLE IT

3 run fnis

4. put fnis generated files in their own folder in a separate virtual entry overriding the fnis base folder contents

5. Disable FNIS main entry/folder

6. Place any and all SLAL packs after both FNIS and Nemesis

7. enable and run nemesis, put the generated FNIS esp in the Nemesis Data folder

8. place generated nemesis entries in their own overriding folder. If using DAR, the entries go below FNIS and Nemesis both, if not then just make sure they're enabled and have priority, this includes PCEA animations

9. If you're using DAR, place the custom entries before your slal packs, especially if you're using custom idles.

 

Obviously this will not work without MO or MO2. Supposedly Vortex can handle it, have not confirmed nor have any wish to.

Hi, Could you please explain how I would go about putting the generated files in their own folder? 

And do SLAL packs count MNC and beastess?

The same way you make any override mod with MO or MO2.  You create a mod folder in the mod directory from the new files that are created when you run FNIS, taking out of the override folder or wherever FNIS put them, in the left mod pane you put them below FNIS, before Nemesis

 

Your slal packs and mnc and [insert thing here] should already be installed. Every anim you intend to run should already be installed before FNIS or Nemesis runs obviously, else they aren't going to be picked up. The FNIS log will tell you what's new, those are what needs to be in the FNIS override folder:

 

100 FNIS [ran and then disabled]

101 FNIS generated folder

105 Nemesis with nemesis created FNIS ESP

106 Nemesis generated folder

108 DAR this

109 DAR that

110 slal

111 other slal

112 other other slal

So I tried this, but now Im getting crashes.  Everything worked until I turned on Nemesis and made the overwrite information its own Nemesis-DATA folder.

I resolved the crashing by changing priority, but it seems now Im running into where only my character doesn't move, everyone else does..

Should my idles be before, or after the FNIS Generated folder? and should it be after nemesis's generated folder?


Edit: Resolved it by regenerating FNIS's data.  Installing CGO now.

So after installing CGO and re-running Nemesis to create the files for it characters but my player character moved, but I was doing the leaning animations, So I tried to re-run FNIS again, and now all characters are T Posing.

It's still not a Skyrim technical issue. It is a problem with Nemesis and you. Ask your questions of whoever is responsible for Nemesis.

FNIS is for Skyrim.

Indeed it is not a technical issue.

Sorry, I see this thread is on the wrong tab. But the idea is still interesting.
