If first scene runs, that rules out most stuff.

If your sticking with MO, I would review gopher or gamer poets videos and make sure you have SL, Fnis, skse installed right.

I believe SL would dictate scenes changing, maybe do safe reinstall.

Certainly unrelated but when you do fresh install of Skyrim you still verify integrity of game files in steam,  and make sure nothing is in program files(86).

Don't have anything in that folder. And I have SKSE installed through Steam, fnis is set up accordingly, sexlab framework install is straightforward so it should be so as well. Tried reinstalling no budge. Then tried verifying game files, redownloaded some files (probably cleaned masterfiles) and still the same crash.. Ugh.

You have a tough one friend. Curious, go in game and console yourself into test cell, and try there.

I'm going do a solid recap for potential helpers soon.

I can't be anymore hung up on first scene works sometimes. To me,in conjunction with bounce working right we can rule out usual suspects (xpms, physics, body, sis)

Whatever goes into getting scene to start, which I assume is in SL mechanics. An animator would know behind the scene things like how placement works(nav mesh?)

Tried that. I just don't see why it shouldn't work, and specifically why custom slal packs on stage switch...

You crash when scene initial starts most times, sometimes will make it 2nd scene? Never get through whole scene?

Maybe a crash log would be shine light, do you have crash fixes and or can you post papyrus log

The scene start does not ever crash. Ever. It only crashes 100% of the time if I advance to stage 2 or if I switch to a custom slal animation. crash_2020_09_28_14-52-22.txt

анимации совместимы?behavior совместимый?

Yes. It should be. I used all of them before reinstalling Skyrim without any problems.

Only from slal mods other than Sexlab framework.

Только из модов slal, кроме фреймворка Sexlab.

что угодно может быть,не достаток файлов в анимациях,перегрузка игры,слабый процессор,ищи что последнее ставил,что влияет на переключение анимации.
