This is a two level basement most suited for serial killers with kinks.

None of cc belongs to me, i'm just a builder.

First level, which contains gym, photostudio, bathroom and recording studio, is divided with secret bookcase door (haven't found any cc that does this better that ingame door, tried my best) which leads into room with file cabinets, table and other stuff. Going onwards there is massive safe door behind which 2 prison cells, sort of crematorium and ladder going down on 2nd level. On the second level there are 3 cells, torture room, observation room and recording studio with bed, sex devices and dildoes in it.

There are 5 files:
1 lvl full              — first level of the basement with some walls deleted so it can be placed as a room (gym, studio etc. comes with some cc too)
1 lvl no gym etc — light version of the previous one without gym, photostudio, bathroom and recording studio, entrance being bookcase door
2 lvl full              — second level also with some walls deleted
2 lvl no dildos    — light version of 2nd level without lots of dildoes and sex devises (cage, pole etc.)
whole lot            — basically whole thing with every cc (27*22 squares)

I'd recommend using tray files from 1 lvl full file and mods from no gym version for 1st floor. Tray and mods from no dildoes version for 2nd floor. Because you might not like the cc i used for basic rooms (bathroom, gym etc.) and might not like devices and dildoes on 2nd floor, so you can use your favourites.

I've deleted some walls so it can be saved as rooms, there is screenshot that shows: red circles - missing walls, orange circles - ladder going up, greend circles - ladder going down

It's not required but i very highly recommend using Basemental drugs and RedAppleNet

gotdammit! The part where the sad side can look into the Luxe side just made me go 'FUCK!'. So sad for those who live on the sad side. I mean...

This build is insanely creative, I love it!! 
I tried to install it though, via the whole lot download. And even if I put the bb.moveobject and that it show correctly on the gallery, neither of the two levels would appear, just the tiny first floor. Do you have an idea of what went wrong? 
In the meantime I'll try the separate rooms downloads because I NEED your beautiful build!
