Do you mean like which DLC's you should buy, for the WW possibilities?  Island Living would be the most obvious, because of the beaches.  Discover University introduces college life, and according to porn sex is the only thing college students do.  For supernatural role play, Vampires and Realm of Magic.  Get To Work introduces aliens, and is kind of a no brainer- chances are your initial purchase was a bundle that already included it anyway.  GTW also has active careers: police officer, doctor, and scientist, instead of your sim just disappearing for their shift, you can actually play through.  And PLENTY of opportunities for sex situations there.  Strangerville has objects that have been adapted for tentacle animations (look up LL creators Asketo and FaustTerM).  Get Together introduced clubs, the members meet up and do whatever you've set the club activities to be- and WW has the option for sex to be one of those activities.  Also Get together has nightclubs and rave parties, and one of the nicest looking towns.

Get Together EP adds Clubs and with another mod you can have more than 8 club members.

WW adds Sex and Swinging Club Activities to those Clubs to earn club points.

 

So basically you can make a Sex Club with many sims and have private meetings at any members household.

Or even at other public venues.

 

Add Basemental Drugs mod and sims can also do drugs for a Club Activity, or get drunk, or smoke.

 

Get Together also adds DJ's, Dancing, Candy and Yuki Behr sims, and a really nice town.

The new ECO DLC introduces Neighborhood Action Plans, which is a voting system that encourages sims to change or do things according to the plans voted in. If this is moddable, it would be a cool way to kind of making a neighborhood nudists. Not really sexual, but a way to get more sims naked without editing.

Modded N.A.P.'s... something I never thought about.  "Free Love" will have casual nudity now and then, especially joggers.  Nancy Landgraab in particular seems to jog naked through whatever neighborhood I'm in, as long as Free Love is in effect.  Eco Living does have a lot of good things in it, but other than the Free Love NAP, nothing you would really use for WW scenarios.  

Something I forgot to mention, Get to Work is also required if you want to set up a strip club.  That's because it introduced the possibility of owning a business.  So, if it wasn't part of the bundle you bought when you got the game in the first place, that's another reason to get it.

WW does introduce the ability to make nudist clubs. N.A.P is similar to that, but affects every sim in the neighborhood, instead of a small group of sims, and is more encouraged. It could also raise the naturist stat for all sims in the neighborhood, allowing people to be more comfortable after the N.A.P is changed. This is to try and get more sims openly naked.
