masonchist Posted September 12, 2020 Posted September 12, 2020 Hello, I just got this mod today and some animations, and all my males are coming up with black penises. I tried changing between Native/Maxis and Default, but to no avail. The penises are still broken textured... I don't have any additional custom skins at all, and I didn't download any additional penis models except for the ones it came with. I do however have a default skin overlay on top of every skin, but it doesn't come up in CAS with a wrench icon so I'm not sure if it's even there. I'm a little bit confused on the wording of some posts, so could my problem possibly be the default skin overlay..?
Crashdown117 Posted September 12, 2020 Posted September 12, 2020 If it's a real default overlay (as in "default replacement"), it's quite possible that it's the reason for your issue. You can test this by simply removing the file from your Mods folder, deleting "localthumbcache.package" found in "Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4", and then starting the game. If everything's fine now, you've fixed it. In general, it is advisable to check whether skins, body parts etc. are compatible with WW (most creators will state this on the download page). Also, do not use any "defaults", as WW itself already has a set of them and two of the same (e.g. two default penis models) will conflict, causing issues.
Scorpio Posted September 12, 2020 Posted September 12, 2020 You can also try to disable the Wicked Auto Pubic Hair growth in the Nudity Menus as it can sometimes conflict with other Penis mods or pubic hair. Default skins, or bodies, are not so nice to play well with WW so it's better to use Non-defaults instead as they can be set/removed in CAS. Sometimes body details, tats, and makeup don't always work with skins either.

I decided to try that, and I actually found that I have two default skin mods... smoothish II by luumia as well as PYXIS stuck on you additional skintones. So I am sorry for not noticing that..! But somehow, they are working together??? I think it's PYXIS's stuck on you texture that doesn't extend enough to work with the penis model... Taking it out made my sims unrecognizable... Is there any way I can extend it myself so my sims won't look so different...?

I don't know much about the "graphics" side of modding, but it might be possible. However, some creators of penis models (e.g. Noir and Dark Sims, LunarEclipse) have an additional .package file, containing a variety of skin tones for the penis as tattoos, added to their downloads. I'm using them myself quite a lot whenever I want to "fine tune" my Sims' appearance or a penis is part of custom clothing and shows up black. Depending on the penis model you're using, there might also be skin tone tattoos that you can use to easily solve this issue.
