Hi I am looking for  male underwear with penis pouch.

 

I have attached a photo to show what I am looking .

Blvcklifesimz, but it's with boxers.  You might be able to create it using JulieJ's bulge briefs and hilandwhatchapackinslider or NarciCC slider.

I think these work with both undies and swimsuit categories.
