Saber_Braveheart Posted September 4, 2020 Posted September 4, 2020 I could really use some help with the pubic hair every time I go to a mirror and press the disable button it does nothing and its still there when I go to the settings and try to do it in cas there is no option for pubic hair not that I can find it won't remove itself I have disabled and enabled it so many times in the settings I need real help not an elitist telling me to turn it off when its clearly not working I am using the noir pornstar cocks and the pubic hair seems to conflict with it putting pubic hair on the tip of the cock and I don't know why it does this I could really use some help please 2
WhatRules Posted September 4, 2020 Posted September 4, 2020 Have you tried removing the pubic hair? That could work.
Solairio Posted September 13, 2020 Posted September 13, 2020 Having the same issue. Seems to be only on one sim; she has double pubic hair. If I change it to a rainbow style, she has a thick brown patch and then a small rainbow strip in the center. Other sims can shave just fine. She was a spellcaster, I removed it, problem persists. Tried to reset (debug) her, nothing.
JasperHex Posted September 19, 2020 Posted September 19, 2020 I actually have the bug on all sims in my main household, have not checked other households. I have tried changing to every different style for male, female, and trans sims and nothing changes. I think i successfully disabled growth to stop it from growing larger, but i can't remove it or style it or get rid of it though any of the menus, my character does the spin animation in front of the mirror but still has obnoxious bush. Debug resetting the sims also did nothing. Another odd thing in my game though, its not even matching the hair/eyebrow colors its all black and only one of my characters has black hair genetics. They all have custom hair but cas eyebrows that the mod should be matching to. It's such a turn off i haven't played in literally 2 days cause i can't figure out how to disable that portion of the mod outside of the menus options which clearly aren't working. i was gonna say some shit to saltshade but then i realized what their name was and laughed at the clever trolling. now i need a solution. I'll happily take a "delete these files to remove all pubic hair options" answer TwT

I then saved and closed the whole game , relaunched, and the hair was still there, AND the menus still told me i had hair turned off. Told menus to turn it back on, then i tried changing the style again with the same results. I wonder if messing with the settings in the wrong order confused the mod and made it glitch, particularly because one of my sims was made a couple in game weeks after the others, and yet when i first got him naked he had full bush, he didn't even start unshaved like the other two did when i first installed the mod. I'm worried if i deactivate WW from my mod menu that it will mess up my new house decor

funboy Posted October 1, 2020 Posted October 1, 2020 Okay, after a lot of trial and error, I was able to fix this bug. The downside is that you have to completely wipe all of your WW settings and save data. Follow these instructions for Embedded & Backup Save Data Cleaning and Deep Save Data Cleaning: https://wickedwhimsmod.com/cleaning-game-save Then, delete the WickedWhimsMod folder from Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves. Reinstall WW in your mods folder and... voila... you should be bush free! From here, I disabled pubic hair entirely and it finally worked. It had been completely unresponsive before. I hope this helps.

Tried this, no dice. Having same issue of a pubic hair layer being stuck and ignoring any command to change (just adds another layer on top) or disable. Have tried pretty much everything minus the "hard reset" solution above, since it's not so much a "fix" as a "burn everything down and start anew". One thing to note, is that at least in my case the unremovable body hair layer is linked to outfits: default outfit has one, winter outfit has another, and other outfits don't have that issue. The only mod I have installed that impacts female genitals is wild_guy's Female Body Details, but I tried removing it and messing around on CAS, and the unremovable layers are still present (on CAS and in-game).
TheZomby Posted December 10, 2020 Posted December 10, 2020 The issue is with WW, I have the same problem, I am stuck with a black pubic hair pattern that will always displayed. If I do the cleaning save procedure, and remove WW, the hair will disappear, but as soon as I reinstall WW, the hair is back, and any other style will just display at the same time. There is no way to remove it in CAS. For it to work, after doing the cleaning save procedure, and removing WW, you load the game, save, exit, then go in your Saves>WickedWhimsMod folder and just delete everything in there, then just to be safe, you can load your game, save, exit, reinstall WW, and then it will show the correct color and style on next load. Some settings will be kept, other lost, like traits, it is not a complete "Hard reset" as somehow some info survived the purge.
Worthmore Posted June 1, 2021 Posted June 1, 2021 Psst.. I know this is an older thread, but I found a solution! (At least for me) This command removed the fake hair nuisance for me: ww.remove_sim_tattoos 14

I was just about to completely uninstall WW when I saw your post. It worked! Thank you! 1

Maybe in my case, it removed also CC eyelashes from my sim, but selecting it again in CAS mode was enough.
dd_sims Posted November 10, 2021 Posted November 10, 2021 For anyone still struggling with this like I was: I found that removing wild_guy PubicHairDynamic from my Mods folder fixed the issue (was not possible to delete in CAS).
esotilin666_OMG Posted April 22, 2024 Posted April 22, 2024 in CAS or Game simulation? its not work for me
